This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior negotiations, understandings, representations or agreements relating thereto in relation with this subject matter and may not be contradicted by evidence of a previous oral agreement (written or electronic).
Waiver
If we fail to enforce or delay enforcing any term of these terms then such failure will not prevent our future action against you.
